4oz of seared tuna with hot honey liquid aminos served over 1 cup of brown rice and 1 oz of pickled red onion, topped with ¼ avocado


Baked Haddock Florentine-$
5oz of haddock topped with 2 ½ oz of creamy basil spinach and crushed spinach garlic good thins. Served with 4 oz of oven roasted potatoes and 2 ½ oz of broccoli.


Blackened Salmon-$
7oz of blackened salmon served over 1 cup of quinoa, 2 ½ oz of butternut puree, and 2 ½ of  broccoli.


Pesto Shrimp Pasta-$
6 (16-20) shrimp served over 5 oz of whole grain pasta drizzled with a light creamy avocado basil pesto sauce with walnuts.


Street Corn Chicken Bowl-$
6oz of grilled sriracha chicken served over ½ cup of corn, cilantro, ½ cup of black beans and 1 cup of brown rice with ground cumin and corn puree. Topped with avocado and drizzled with sriracha.


Steak Power Bowl-$
6oz of honey ginger glazed steak. Served over ½ cup of corn, ½ cup of black beans, 1 oz of green peppers, 1 oz of red peppers and 1 cup of brown rice.


Quinoa Chicken-$

6oz of grilled chicken with 2 ½ oz of roasted butternut puree and 3 oz spinach. Served over 1 cup of quinoa and topped with a maple glaze.


2 Egg Bites-$
4 Egg whites served with 4 pieces turkey bacon and 3 oz of Monterrey jack cheese OR roasted red peppers and pepper jack cheese.
